Q. Are your sarees 100% pure silk?

Yes. Every saree we offer is made from 100% pure, authentic silk, sourced directly from certified weavers and artisans across India. We strictly avoid artificial or blended fabrics.

Yes. Selected sarees come with Silk Mark Certification wherever applicable. For artisan-made or handloom silks, we also provide origin details upon request.

Absolutely. We offer fast and secure delivery PAN-India through trusted courier partners.

Yes. We ship to multiple countries worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout or shared during manual order confirmations.

  • Within India: 8–10 working days
  • International: 15–30 working days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and courier service availability.

We follow a Replacement / Store Credit Only policy.
Returns are accepted only if the product is wrong, damaged, or defective, and must be reported within 7 days with an unboxing video and images.

Yes, COD is available for selected pin codes within India. COD charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
